Refund policy
We need to be notified within 7 days of a return. Goods must arrive back to us within a further 14 days from notification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached. Because our goods may be sold elsewhere, you’ll need proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us at sales@kentandlane.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds
If your item is unsuitable, please email us to arrange return. Items must be in as new condition with tags attached. Return postage is paid by the customer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take sometimes take up to a week for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or refund gift cards.
Online Order Exchanges
We want to make exchanges fast and pain free. Please discuss with us as soon as an issue arises. Our return postage policy is a 50/50 split on costs, in other words you pay the cost to return goods to us, we pay for the new item to be sent. We think this is fair. If we are at fault then we will cover all costs. *This applies to online orders only.
